If you ACT like you're under 14 but you really aren't, that's your business. As long as you don't annoy the piss out of me or my friends, I won't ban you.

Whatever you post here on this site becomes my royal-free property to do whatever the hell I want here and throughout all perpetuity in the universe. If you think your poems or memoirs are going to be on the New York Times Best Seller list, you have a pretty high opinion of yourself, but frankly, I don't need to get sued if you post some original piece of work you did on another person's moderated message board and can't get it deleted or taken down. Don't post or do anything illegal or it's your own damn fault and if the cops come banging down my door asking "who put this on your website!?!"...like hell am I going to jail for you...I'm giving you up! And if I catch you, I'll ban you off of here!

Anything you download or get from this site or from what other people post is at your own risk. If some idiot puts up a link to a virus infected file and you download and run it, well...don't come crying to me to fix your computer or give you money to hire someone to fix it. However, you CAN tell me who's going around giving viruses to be people so I can ban the moron before more people get affected.
